Return and exchange conditions for products purchased from ROXX JEWELRY are as follows:

 

🔹 Right of Withdrawal

 

The BUYER may return the product received within 14 days within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product:

-Unused,

-It's undamaged,

-Re-saleable condition

 

must be.

 

The products are products for personal use and due to hygiene and usage conditions, returns are not accepted for products that have been used, come into contact with water or surface change has occurred.

 

🔹 Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

 

There is no right of withdrawal for the following products:

-Bracelets and jewelry whose size is chosen by the BUYER or produced individually

-Products prepared by special order

-Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

-Refund claims based on measurement or personal preference errors

 

(pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts)

 

🔹 Change

 

Size change requests are evaluated according to the condition of the product and stock availability. Change cargo fees belong to the BUYER.

 

🔹 Return Process

 

The payment will be refunded via the payment method used within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

 

Products whose size is selected by the BUYER, prepared according to personal preferences and / or personalized products are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. There is no refund for these products.

 

Our Company may, at its sole discretion, offer exchanges or discount coupons where it deems appropriate.
