•All orders placed through ROXX are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
•Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's address.
•ROXX is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company; however, we provide support to our customers in tracking the process.
•We recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery. For damaged packages, it is mandatory to have the delivery agent prepare a report.

•ROXX products are sold with custom measurements (bracelet size, etc.),
so returns based on size are absolutely not accepted.
•The following situations are covered by the return policy:
•Manufacturing defect
•Defective product
•Incorrect product shipment
•Return requests must be submitted to us within 14 days of the product delivery date.
 
 
🔄 Conditions of Change
 
•Free replacement will be provided in case of manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment.
•Requests for size changes will be considered for a fee, provided the product is unused and undamaged.
•Revision fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
 
Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
 
•Custom-made products
•Used, marked, damaged, or products that cannot be resold
•Requests made more than 14 days after product delivery
•Return requests due to incorrect measurements
 
 
📦 Return Process
 
1. Please share your return request with us via WhatsApp or email.
2. After your request is reviewed, you will be contacted.
3. Shipping information is shared for approved returns.
4. After the product reaches us, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
 
 
💳 Refunds
 
•For approved returns, the product price will be refunded within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
•Delays caused by banks and payment institutions are not the responsibility of ROXX.
