2. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The type, model, size, quantity, sales price, shipping fee, payment method and delivery information of the product / products ordered by the BUYER are as specified on the order summary screen presented to the BUYER during the completion of the order, and this information is an integral part of this contract.
The information regarding the order is deemed to be accepted by the BUYER upon completion of the payment process.
It is accepted by the BUYER that the product size and personal preferences are determined by the BUYER and that incompatibilities arising from these preferences are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days.
4.2. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, systemic failures, etc.), the delivery time may be extended.
4.3. Product delivery is made through the cargo company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period.
5.3. The product for which the right of withdrawal is used must be unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:
-Wristbands produced with personalized size
-Products prepared by special order
-Jewelry that is not suitable for return in terms of hygiene
-Products whose size selection belongs to the BUYER and which are requested to be returned due to incorrect size
(in accordance with Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts)

7. RETURN AND REFUND
7.1. The product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be refunded within 14 days after reaching the SELLER.
7.2. The return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
7.3. The product price will be refunded by the method of payment.

8. PAYMENT AND INVOICING
8.1. Payments are made by credit card, debit card or other payment methods offered on the site.
8.2. The invoice is issued electronically according to the information declared by the BUYER.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order.
9.2. The product must be checked upon receipt; damaged packages must not be received.
9.3. The SELLER is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data belonging to the BUYER are processed and protected within the scope of KVKK (6698).
